It’s no secret that cats are fantastic creatures. These furry companions are made of many wonderful surprises. One of these cats, Musya, not only shocked her owner but the entire team of vets when she gave birth. This shocking surprise came when they found her feeding her kittens. This feline was a beloved resident cat residing in the Sadgorod Zoo. She was only a year old and already had a name as an unusual cat. She unexpectedly fell pregnant and everyone in the area was determined to ensure that she remained healthy and safe during this time. What happened after she gave birth truly baffled everyone.
A Missing Cat
Musya was never alone even though she wandered through the zoo. That’s why the employees at the zoo always felt incredibly nervous when Musya wasn’t seen for a few days. A hunt was soon launched for the missing feline in hopes of locating her.
A Different Animal

Musya became one of the residents of the zoo by mistake. A zookeeper spotted her while she was working. Alice was the worker who originally noticed the cat in the snow. She first thought it was some dirt in the snow from Musya’s black appearance.

After noticing that the black object was a cat, Alice placed her in her jacket and immediately began searching for vets. Once she was placed in the right care, the professionals did everything in their power to keep Musya alive.
Everyone Loved Her
Everyone was stunned that the cat had made it through the night. It wasn’t long before the kitty started gaining more power. She was a fighter and soon crept into everyone’s heart. The staff at the zoo adored her, but they knew the zoo wasn’t the right place for her.
Sneaking Away
Alice took responsibility for Musya and took her on regular walks around the zoo. However, the cat was always kept on a leash. The zoo employee feared that she would find her way into one of the enclosures. They did this for almost a year.
Worried
After being cared for by the zoo employees for almost a year, the cat found an opportunity to sneak out on her own. Everybody went into a panic when they realized that Musya had gone missing. Alice searched through various enclosures for her, but to no avail.
Returning Home
Musya finally returned to the zoo on her own after a couple of days. She first made her presence known when she started pawing at the door. Everyone was relieved to see the cat safe and sound, but something strange happened after her return.
Seeing a Change
Once Musya returned to the zoo, the employees began noticing a change in her. They found it extremely weird that she was suddenly so lethargic and cranky. She was well-known for being sweet and playful, so this was odd behavior for her.
Something Wasn’t Right
To many of the employees at the zoo, it seemed like a new cat had replaced Musya. The cat would immediately drop to the floor and lie down for hours. She wasn’t as playful and energetic as she once was. Everyone was convinced that something was wrong.
Missing Again
Alice had come to the staffroom one day for a cup of tea. As usual, she wanted to cuddle with Musya. However, she was shocked when she noticed the cat wasn’t anyone in the room. Musya had gone missing once again.
Looking for Her
This time around, the weather was very bad, which only made matters worse. Not only was it storming, but there was thunder as well. All Staff members understood how important it was to get Musya back under shelter as soon as possible.
Looking Everywhere
The zoo was massive, which only made it more of a challenge to try to locate the cat. Along with all of the enclosures, there were also parking areas and cars. It didn’t seem likely that Musya would venture away from the zoo.
Not Alone
Alice was searching for Musya when she heard a noise. The zoo employee was walking past a wooden field close to the lion’s enclosure when she spotted the cat. She was in a bush, but she wasn’t alone. Something was creeping on her chest.
The Big Surprise
Musya was accompanied by four tiny kittens. Everyone was shocked to see the kittens, but something else was even more shocking. Something was slipping onto Musya’s chest. The cat also had baby hedgehogs cuddling up to her and lying on her chest.
Getting a Box
One of the employees was quick to grab a box and blanket to house all the animals. It was their top priority to keep Musya and the other animals out of harm’s way. Alice picked each kitten and hedgehog up one by one and carefully placed them into the box.
Taking Her to the Vet
Alice decided that it would be best to have Musya checked out by the vet. She took the cat, her kittens, and the hedgehogs with her to the vet’s office. The vet had never seen anything like this before. After his examination, he had a few things to discuss.
Undoing His Hard Work
The vet had separated Musya from her kittens and hedgehogs, which she didn’t like. Once she was alone, she quickly undid all of his hard work of separating the animals. She placed her kittens and hedgehogs together once again and allowed them to drink her milk.
